Community Concierge Services, LLC ("CCS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: your full name, mobile phone number, email address, home zip code and physical address, employment history and qualifications submitted in a job application, your responses to qualifying questions in our SMS recruiting program, and any information you provide when contacting us for support.
We use the information we collect to: (a) process and evaluate your job application; (b) communicate with you via SMS, email, or phone regarding your application; (c) introduce you to the relevant CCS regional hiring manager; (d) maintain records required by employment law; (e) improve our services; and (f) respond to your inquiries.
When you provide your mobile phone number to us — by submitting a job application through Meta, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ApplicantPro, Craigslist, our employee referral form, or directly to a CCS recruiter — you may receive SMS messages from CCS related to your application. These messages include application acknowledgments, qualifying questions (zip code, pickup truck availability), brief role descriptions, and a 3-way introduction to a CCS regional hiring manager. Message frequency is capped at three (3) automated SMS messages per applicant per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or Text STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support, or call (800) 742-9176.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with any third party.
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognize repeat visitors, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of our site may not function properly without them.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. No system is 100% secure, but we maintain industry-standard practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we collect.
You have the right to: (a) request access to the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your information, subject to applicable record-retention requirements; (d) opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP; and (e) opt out of email communications by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We use third-party services (such as our applicant tracking system, hosting providers, and SMS infrastructure providers) solely to operate our services. These providers are contractually bound to handle data on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent records are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
